Tunbridge Wells Garden Centre的点评
点评：My husband & I went for a trip out to visit a few place & decided to visit this garden centre for a bite to eat . We arrived just as breakfast had finished 11.45 am & were to that lunch service didn’t start until 12pm which we totally understand . We when & had a pleasant look around the garden centre itself while waiting. We went back to the restaurant & found a table . Sat down looked at the menu & chose what we wanted to eat . When I went to order the food I was told that they were not doing one of the items on the lunch menu so I chose something else to then be told they were only doing sandwiches for the next 20 minutes as they weren’t ready to serve yet . I found this most disappointing. All the front of hose staff were just standing around chatting amongst themselves when in reality I’m sure some of them could have been out back helping the chef prepare for lunch service . The lady in charge out front was not very nice at all . In fact she was quite rude .
Needless to say we left without eating .
It’s a shame as the restaurant there was always so nice & busy . Perhaps the lack of enthusiasm from the staff is why it was empty in there .
