Nice way to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary

点评：What a wonderful afternoon we had, will Gill and Simon and the beautiful birds of prey.
It was a very hot Friday afternoon and thankfully there is a seating area which is under cover, so each bird in turn was bought in and we were told all about them, the beautiful barn owl with his lovely white tummy, and for the first time ever we were able to stroke him the tawny owl who if female twits and males twoo. A tiny grey African owl, then there was a hawk.
Once we had seen them in the shade we went into the field to fly them it was a lovey experience and Gill was very happy to take our photos together, and she even popped the tawny up in a tree which made a beautiful photo opportunity.
This is all set in a lovely arts and crafts area with a windmill, and a nice tea room, plenty of parking and toilets.
