点评：One of the few car rental companies to offer fully comprehensive insurance with no excess - yes, you pay for it but it's worth it for peace of mind. Read the small print of other rental companies and you will discover that you are liable for all sorts of things if something goes wrong - luckily our trip was problem free but it was lovely to have that reassurance. We were met at Hoedspruit airport by Sylvester who had been helpful when I was asking about booking the car. Car was as described, lovely and clean and Sylvester was friendly and professional.
Unfortunately, on the day we were due to fly home our flight was cancelled due to flooding. We were met at the airport to hand over the car and went with them to their office in Hoedspruit to see if we could arrange a transfer to Johannesburg.
Karen, in the office, and Tsepho (sorry for spelling) were fantastic, looking for options for us as several roads had been closed. Eventually we agreed with Tsepho to drive us to the nearest open airport in Polokwane, a three hour drive away. We had a lovely drive through beautiful scenery and Tsepho was an excellent driver, we felt very comfortable with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we were driving through and got us safely to the airport on Polokwane. He came in with us to ensure we were able to get a flight back.
I would like to say thank you to Karen, Sylvester and particularly to Tsepho for the advice and driving us safely to Polokwane.
I can highly recommend this wonderful, friendly company for all your car hire and transfer needs in Hoedspruit.
