Our recent visit was extremely disappointing. While the place itself looks fine at first glance, the actual experience did not live up to expectations.
The carousel ride lasted less than a minute, which felt rushed and not worth it. The mirror maze requires adults to pay just to accompany their own children, which is completely unreasonable. Parents should not be charged simply to supervise their kids.
Additionally, the water play area was broken, and we were informed that it has been out of order for quite some time. Despite this, there was no clear communication beforehand. To make matters worse, employees provided inconsistent and conflicting information about what attractions were available.
Since the water play and net play are marketed together as a combined experience, it was unacceptable that no discount was offered when a major portion of it was unavailable. Charging full price while key attractions are not functioning shows a lack of consideration for customers.
Overall, we left very disappointed. Better maintenance, transparent communication, consistent staff information, and fair pricing policies are seriously needed.
