点评：Not worth the high price tag - We bought our all access passes on the morning via their website thinking we can do the skywalk and zipline. On arriving at the skywalk visitor centre we were greeted by a gentleman - we had a quick chat and told him it might be better to do the zipline first asit was midday by the time we reached and it’s closes early by 3 pm.The person also concurred with our suggestion fully knowing that the zipline was closed on the day . We drove back to the zipline only to be greeted by the sign attached and a person informing us that the ceo (John Wicks - not sure if this is bad joke) had decided to close the zipline to hold a day long private event. No refund - no apology , nothing possible , nothing on the website to indicate the same . Had we known that we were forking out close to $120 per person just for the skywalk and some random points of interests, we would have thought twice . The staff was was unhelpful and did not care .. rammed shuttle buses taking you across the 2 viewing points - left feeling disappointed & cheated. Grand Canyon west company - you should do better - shame on you ! To those reading this review - beware if you are using this company and travelling long distances in the hopes of a thrilling event as there are no guarantees that you will be able toexperience the events you are paying for . We were told that we paid for an all access pass for the skywalk and few points of interest and that the zipline was actually free . Utter rubbish and misinformation form the customer services as if you book the sunset ticket it is significantly cheaper beacuse you cannot do the skyline after 3 pm so it includes only the skywalk .

You might be better off going to another Grand Canyon rim if feasible as I believe those are covered by the America national parks pass .

如果条件允许的话，你或许去大峡谷的其他观景台会更好，因为我认为那些地方也可以使用美国国家公园通行证。
