Their expertise in massage therapy ensures profound relaxation and rejuvenation, executed with precision and genuine care.
Complementing this is the stellar fitness and gym crew, led by Adi with outstanding support from Fiji Sai(forgive the British accent). The unparalleled cardio HIIT sessions incorporate diverse elements such as medicine ball exercises, circuit training, boxing, Pilates, and Yoga, providing innovative and effective workouts tailored to elevate physical performance. Make sure to take Sai’s class and ask for the “tasty treat” at the end. Adi’s legendary skills training world-class Rugby players, first responders and Geelong’s finest is showcased with every fitness session. And this is only the beginning of even greater fitness enhancements to come. The gym was well supplied with new cardio equipment, free weights and smith machine.
