点评：We had the absolute pleasure of being guided through Morocco by Chama, and I truly cannot say enough incredible things about her. She is entirely self-taught in English — in just three months — which is mind-blowing considering how articulate, professional, and warm she is. Her communication skills are exceptional.
I have a red onion intolerance, and from day one Chama took this seriously. She personally communicated with every single restaurant to ensure my meals were completely onion-free. I was treated like royalty everywhere we went — often having special meals prepared just for me while the rest of the group had something different. It even became a running joke at our yoga retreat because people were a little envious of what I was being served! That level of care and advocacy is something I will never forget.
We were a large group of 21 people, which is no easy task to coordinate, yet Chama handled transportation, restaurant communication, scheduling, and cultural education flawlessly. She is organized, trustworthy, and incredibly professional. Beyond logistics, she is deeply proud of her country and shared Morocco with us in such a heartfelt way — teaching us Arabic phrases, explaining traditions, and making every experience feel meaningful.
There was even a moment when my roommate and I needed to step away due to stressors from home. We missed a scheduled scarf shop visit, but Chama went out of her way to personally take us to get our scarves for our camel and quad rides. She even added a stop at the stunning Ben Youssef Madrasa, which turned into one of the best days of the entire trip. That kind of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about who she is.
Chama didn’t just guide us — she made Morocco magical. I cannot wait to return to visit Chefchaouen, Tangier, and the Sahara Desert again — and most importantly, to see my Moroccan sister, Chama.
