点评：The good: they bring the equipment to your place and pick it back up which is very convenient.
The not so good: while i paid ahead of time, once they are there they upsell the insurance fee and when I had to sign that in includes an option asking for a tip which you feel obligated to provide. He made a big deal about how nice their equipment is and that they inspect and make sure everything is in top condition when returned and that is why I should and did end up paying for the insurance. This is what irritated me the most when I realized I had been given one broken boot in each pair rented for the boys.
Room for improvement: he could have spent more time showing the boys how to get in/out of equipment and differences between snowboards. He spent a lot of time discussing the importance of the clip on the back of the boot and that the pants must be secured in the clip of it would get stuck and they would have to cut their pants to get out of the boot. This was a big deal. He had each boy try on one of their boots and conveniently the boot that each boy tried on was fine. After he left, the boys went to try on both boots and we discovered each boy had a broken book with the clip broke off an sharp metal exposed...I emailed later about swapping out the broke boot but they never brought a new boot. While the boys did fine with the broken boots, I expected that everything was in top condition and had been inspected before bringing to my cabin. The drop off/fitting felt pretty rushed.
Overall: I would not use them again even though the drop off/pick up was super helpful. If you choose to use them, I would thoroughly inspect all the equipment before they leave.
