点评：Never again. This was by far the worst ferry experience we've ever had. It started with confusion at the port—we couldn't find the correct queue because the directions were unclear. The ferry was scheduled to depart at 9:30 PM, but boarding only began at 9:30 PM, causing an immediate delay. Getting from the car deck to our cabin was a nightmare. Instead of using stairs or an elevator like on other ferries, we had to walk through several vehicle decks, squeezing between parked trucks with barely enough space to pass. It was cramped, smelly, and felt unsafe. The cabin was tiny, uncomfortable, and didn't even have power outlets for charging phones. The beds were as hard as a board. Finding our car before disembarkation was just as chaotic—we got lost among the trucks while they were preparing to leave. We had also pre-ordered a takeaway breakfast when booking our tickets, but it wasn't ready in the morning. Nobody seemed to know what was happening, and no one could help us.
The crew were unfriendly and not helpful. It was difficult to find anyone to ask for assistance, and when we did, we didn't receive any useful help.
Overall, the organization was poor, the facilities were disappointing, and the whole journey was stressful from start to finish. We definitely won't be traveling with Polferries again.
