Sadly an unfortunate encounter

点评：Sadly with all the positive reviews I have to write about our unfortunate encounter with a very unhelpful and not polite lady at the vineyard. Our art group has visited here over the last 2 years and each time we have made sure to buy coffees and cakes and in some cases wine to support local. Firstly on arrival she said she had forgotten we were coming and she had no idea what day it was!! This time on asking to use the toilet we were told it was only for customers well we are customers as well and always buy coffee etc to which we got the reply I have heard it all before! What has she heard before? Anyway cutting this short we voted with our feet and went to Burghley where the staff were lovely. Both myself and the lady who organised the trip left feeling upset by the behaviour of this antagonist woman.
So in the spirit of ‘Pretty Woman’ you lost out on my buying coffees, lunch and wine that I had intended to buy to use at my daughter’s wedding! Won’t be going back there which is a shame as it is a lovely setting.

所以，本着《风月俏佳人》的精神，你可就错失了我请客买咖啡的机会啦。我原本打算买下来用在女儿婚礼上的午餐和葡萄酒！我不会再去那里了，真可惜，因为那里的环境很不错。
