Beware misleading and a waste of money

点评：The locations were not what was advised in English from Italian. I asked for a refund before the trip started and they said NO “it’s not my problem”.
I then paid 120 euro each way to get to the meeting point and back to my Hotel. Located in Palermo 1 hour away. The tour was not worth the 70 euros, This was nothing but a disappointment to say the least. The waves were chopping the sky was dark! It was not worth the money I didn’t get to enjoy as the weather conditions were shocking. They should have allowed me to cancel when I asked them not waste my money and time. Seriously p***** off! So much money lost and nothing but a sh** experience not one place looked great!
I traveled all the way from Australia to see this place and it was terrible. The only great thing about the experience was the tour guide he was nice.
The company needs to change their policy checks the condition and offer people to come at another day and be considered that people travel hour and spend so much money to have this experience. This should be theft.
