点评：We had an amazing experience with Kauai Rooftop Campers and would 100 percent recommend them to anyone visiting the island.
The camper itself was very clean, comfortable, and easy to use. Everything felt reliable and well cared for, which made a huge difference for peace of mind on a trip like this.
The rooftop tent felt extremely safe and secure. We even experienced a night with 40 MPH wind gusts. It was definitely loud, but we stayed dry, warm, and completely secure the entire time, which really speaks to the quality of the setup.
All of the gear was in great condition and thoughtfully provided. From tables, chairs, and the stove to bedding and cooking supplies, we truly had everything we could have needed for the trip. It made camping feel easy and stress-free instead of complicated.
Customer support was excellent from start to finish. Jeni met us at pickup, walked us through everything, and was incredibly friendly and patient with all our questions. Midway through our trip we reached out to customer support and they went above and beyond by helping arrange a ride to our resort on the day we dropped off the camper, which was a huge help.
One small tip for future renters: be sure to save time on checkout morning to go through the car wash in Lihue if needed!
Overall, the team made our trip fun, easy, and totally stress-free. This was one of the highlights of our Kauai experience, and we would book with them again in a heartbeat.
