点评：would like to give a very special mention to Peterjohn, because he was absolutely exceptional.
I have stayed in many hotels, but it is very rare to come across someone who is genuinely so helpful, kind and caring. Peterjohn went above and beyond, and his attitude towards us was simply outstanding.
He was incredibly patient, friendly, professional and reassuring. He made us feel that we were genuinely being listened to and that helping us was important to him. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.
What impressed me most was that his kindness felt completely genuine. He wasn't simply doing his job — he genuinely cared about our experience. That makes an enormous difference when you are staying away from home.
Peterjohn is an absolute credit to Haughton Hall Hotel. Employees like him are incredibly valuable, and I sincerely hope the management team recognises just how special his approach to guests is.
If every hotel had someone like Peterjohn, the guest experience would be completely different.
