点评:I wish I had joined trustpilot earlier to read the LanX reviews - My wife & I both bought a pair of boots for walking but after very little wear, to break them in, they both suffered problems with the elastic. LanX are very good at avoiding requests for replacement &/or refund so I now own, after only a little wear, a repaired pair of boots that I have very little confidence in. My wife can’t be bothered (based on my experience) 😞
I have checked all my other boots elastic (worn quite a bit to extensively over a couple of years to decades of wear) not one pair is showing any issue with the elastic. Sad thing is my main reason for buying LanX was that they are a small independent British company.
I have since gone back to Aussi boots, Rossi (cheaper than LanX) & RM Williams (more expensive, worth every penny ) a pair from each worn a lot more than the LanX - No issues
btw (date of experience was not 🎅🏼) my purchase was in November 24, I received the boots mid December & my complaint was at the end of January 25
After much to & fro with emails, I got the boots back at the end of April 25
