点评:I ordered a riftbound origins box back during the summer, order was scheduled to be delivere 28/10/2025.
I've not yet received any of this.
I had to contact them via email 3 times and i always get this standard reply:
"Hi,
Thank you for contacting us about this
We do apologise for the delay. We are still waiting on this. A small amount of stock arrived a few weeks ago, and we’ve been shipping orders from oldest to newest. We’re still waiting on the main restock to arrive, and I really do apologise for the delay.
The date we put was a placeholder date and we are working to get this to you as soon as possible, i can assure you that we are on the phones with suppliers every day to get this. I once again apologise for this delay
Kind Regards."
NOW:
- i get that the product is highly demanded, i get that there might be some delay but we're almost 2 months late.
- i get that my order could be on the bottom of the order list
BUT since this is happening i have one question: Why on earth you would receive and be available for SO MANY orders that you can't manage? Because in terms of service i'm having a terrible experience. I paid 200+ euros for a pre-order close to 6 months ago for a product that's 2 months late by now.
Give less disponibility if you can't afford to give the proper service.
I know i'm paying earlier for a preorder but since you're so late you should at least give proper and way more detailed infos or offer yourself to give the money back to the customer, who i'm not cause i've not been able to buy and receive anything from this store, i just gave money.

如果你们无法提供应有的服务,就应该减少供货量。
