Amani Spa Lagos的点评
点评：I’ve visited Amani Spa several times, and unfortunately, my experience today was quite disappointing.
My appointment was at 4:00 PM, but I had to wait for a therapist until 4:25, which delayed the start of my treatment. When the therapist eventually came, the room I was taken to was very bright and didn’t really feel like a massage room. It actually seemed more like a waxing room, noticed that there was no foot soak or preparation before the massage, which I’ve come to expect from a spa of this standard. The robe provided was also torn and looked quite worn out. Then later they change me to another when I complained. However the preparation was suppose to be before the guest arrive as you have the booking in advance.
This is not my first time at Amani Spa, and I’ve had both good and not-so-good massages here. I think the spa could improve by paying more attention to details, robes, preparation before treatments, and most of all consistency I believe it’s lacking that.
I hope they take this feedback positively, as the spa has the potential to provide a much better experience.
