点评：We had a fantastic experience with Shine Galapagos, who organised our entire trip to the Galápagos Islands. Everything was arranged extremely well and ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication was always easy, clear and efficient, and we felt very well looked after throughout our holiday.
A special mention goes to Diana Pacha, who was our main contact and was exceptionally helpful throughout. She provided all the advice and information we needed and followed up with us very closely to make sure everything was going well. Her professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care made a real difference.
We are extremely happy to have chosen this local Ecuadorian company and would certainly use Shine Galapagos again for any future trip to Ecuador. We wholeheartedly recommend them to other travellers looking for a professional, reliable and attentive company.
