点评：I went with a tour group. It SUCKED! Nice concept, but poor in practice. For one thing the restrooms are so small I had to wait in line 45 minutes for it, you would think they would have more stalls since they regularly have tour groups. Once on the train the service was so slow. The tables closest to the kitchen got served fast, but the people on the far end of the car had to wait over an hour to even get their meal. Very very slow servers. Then they don't serve dessert until they very end of the ride so you have to eat it super fast because you're about to get back to the station. Also on the way back, we had to stop at the market to "pick up more coffee" which made ZERO sense. There was 5-10 minutes left in the ride. Why are we stopping for more coffee? Server said "because some guests would like more" Seriously? With 5 minutes left in the ride? How about you stock enough to begin with. We were already running 30 minutes late because we previously made another stop where we just sat there in place for 30 minutes for no reason. BTW, the staff doesn't keep any tips you give them, the company takes the tips. At least that's what our server told us. It was also impossible to get a drink because the staff stood at the bar with their backs to us half the time instead of seeing if we needed anything. All in all, it sounds really cool but it actually just sucked. The food was delicious! But the portion was so small I was still starving after finishing it all. It's a snack, not a lunch/dinner.
