点评：We had a short stay in Lisbon for a few days, and we really enjoyed this activity. We learned fascinating facts about olive oil. Throughout the experience, we didn't feel like tourists at all; it was completely non-commercialized. It was just our small group enjoying the tranquility of the estate and the fresh scents of nature. We felt their genuine desire to share the stories and philosophy of this historic olive estate.
Pedro was warmly welcoming, and Alexandra guided us with a sincerity that felt like a friend, sharing details of the estate at a relaxed pace. We were a bit playful and enjoyed trying the traditional method of harvesting olives from the branches. We casually tasted the olives and oranges right off the trees and greeted three adorable little donkeys. Being able to step away from the busy pace of the city made every detail of these two hours unforgettable.
