Lovely day with a couple of things for improvement
The Spa At Breedon Priory的点评
点评：I got bought a voucher for my big 40th from family members and booked as soon as I could around work and other celebrations already booked, love a solo spa day.
On arrival I was asked if I was celebrating and mentioned my 40th birthday and that I was gifted the experience. There was a couple there too who mentioned a birthday when checking in.
Nice little hand towel and fruit smoothie shot on arrival and I appreciated the quick tour of the spa as I hadn’t been before - this was a nice touch as not all spas do this.
I am a tall girl and the flip flops were tooo small and the gown did not fit me comfortably in length so I had to do a walk of shame back to reception and ask for bigger sizes. The reception was full of other people checking in at this point and I felt embarrassed by this part. I think there should be size options in the changing room somehow so people can discreetly change to what they need. Maybe bigger sizes placed in lockers 1-10 and reception staff let people know this at check in so they can opt for it.
The staff are all very attentive - and it was easy to request drinks by the outdoor area as they are present without being too much - they also remembered my name throughout the day which was pretty impressive! They are constantly tidying each area, keeping it spotless.
I did not like that people were setting up their tripod and phone to record content for social media. I didn’t feel able to leave my place without getting in the shot at times and although I notice the spa reshare peoples content of social media and that it will be good for business, consideration of people who are self conscious and don’t want to be filmed should be priority and obvious film set ups should be stopped.
The spa felt quiet, every time I went into a steam or sauna I was the only person there which was lovely and relaxing. The spa area is in great condition, felt clean.
The food was delicious. As a coeliac I get anxiety eating at new places but it was noted on check in and at lunch it was on my booking for the table. The day before I also had a voice mail reassuring me about their cooking processes. When the food came out each time they announced it was gluten free which is always reassuring too. I ate without symptoms so Thankyou!
One thing that disappointed me was seeing other people (including the people at check in with me) who were celebrating birthdays etc being offered complimentary Prosecco with their meal but I didn’t get anything like that. I think it’s lovely that a fuss is made of people but not sure why some people had and others not.
I had a drift away massage with Ellie and it was lovely.
The facilities in the changing room are all lovely - plenty of space and lockers. Lovely smelling toiletries. Towels constantly stocked up so you can get fresh throughout the day.
Overall a lovely day, couple of bits of constructive feedback which I think would elevate things from my experience.

整个水疗中心显得格外安静。每次我进入蒸汽房或桑拿房时，里面都只有我一个人，这种环境真是惬意又放松。水疗区维护得很好，看起来也很干净。
