Instead of receiving confirmation, I was called while on my way to the spa and told the treatment was about to start. That level of last-minute confusion is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of coordination.
When we were shown into the treatment room, it was not ready. The massage bed was messy and the towels had not been changed from the previous couple. We were then asked to step back outside for five minutes while they prepared the room. A treatment space should be fully reset and checked before clients enter — this is basic professionalism and basic hygiene standards. It immediately undermined any sense of relaxation or trust.
The massage itself did not reflect trained technique. Movements were inconsistent and did not follow proper lymphatic direction, which is fundamental knowledge. It felt rushed and poorly executed rather than therapeutic.
What has been most disappointing is the handling of the complaint afterwards. My concerns have not been properly addressed, and the lack of response speaks volumes. When a business fails to acknowledge or resolve issues, it suggests that customer experience is not a priority.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe transparency matters. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this spa to anyone expecting professional standards, clear communication, and properly delivered treatments.
