Poovar Boating的点评
点评：We booked a 2-hour boating ride in Poovar for our family (10 members, 2 boats). The package included boating time and 45 minutes at the beach.
Initially, everything was fine until we reached the beach. Due to extreme heat and the sand being unbearably hot, we requested to leave before completing the 45-minute beach stop.
However, our boat driver refused and argued that he would not take us back before completing the full 2 hours. After repeated requests, he agreed to move but instead took our boat to a route where no other boats were visible, and we were separated from the second boat carrying our family members.
We felt uncomfortable and unsafe as the boat was moving very slowly in an isolated area despite our requests to return to the main route where other boats were present.
The situation became stressful to the point that one of our family members fainted due to anxiety. Even then, the driver did not immediately return to the starting point and only took us back after completing the 2-hour duration.
This experience was disappointing and concerning from a safety perspective. Tourist services should prioritize passenger comfort and safety over strict timing rules.
