点评：Visited the new premises on Royal Parade. I have been a few times. The beer is generally good, but the place lacks atmosphere. However, I will not be going back again. This is because of the way I was treated when I complained about my beer being flat. Initially, I was told it was because I had ordered cask rather than keg beer. It was also murky. The barmaid was obviously clueless, but another barman pointed out to her that it was beer from the bottom of the barrel. They agreed to change it. I ordered a different beer. It was flat, too. The barman said he did not know what I meant by 'flat' but agreed to change it. He told me there was nothing wrong with the beer as it had a good head. This was despite failing to taste the beer he was serving. I was eventually given a decent pint, but I had to endure patronising and condescending questions and comments beforehand. Perhaps this company need to employ people who know something about the product they are serving. They also need training on handling complaints. Talking down to customers only makes a situation worse.
