Give it a miss, use another spa if you wish to have a good spa experience

点评：Booked a special Elemis offer spa day, the only saving grace was the massage was good by Dino's and the Elemis gift bag.
The spa area unfortunately is in a dreadful state of repair. Everywhere you looked there was peeling paint and damage. Not enough chairs or beds, water fountain not working. The treatment room felt very cold, and did not feel pleasant. The changing area was awful, old and unpleasant however I was disgusted by the state of shower in the changing area-- management need to use the one with the shower curtain, and find out how it feels, it's mouldy, broken, disgusting drain, not fit for purpose.
Just to add the drive in and out of the hotel, has horrendous pot holes, looks like it has been used for target practice.
This spa used to be lovely, why has it not been maintained and left to deteriorate? I will not return until full refurbishment has been completed. Such a shame could be a wonderful place.

另外，进出酒店的车道上到处都是骇人的坑洼，看上去就像被拿来当靶场用过一样。
