Linden Hall Hotel Golf & Spa的点评
点评：I booked the Signature Spa Day package and the treatment itself was absolutely amazing. The back massage and facial were both exceptional — relaxing, skilful, and the highlight of the whole visit.
Unfortunately, the general facilities really let the experience down. The pool area is overcrowded and feels very run down. The showers are faulty, the paint is peeling, and there are visible stains on the walls and ceiling. The changing rooms also need urgent attention — the toilet is leaking and the whole space feels tired and neglected. There aren’t enough loungers or seats for the number of people booked in, which makes it difficult to relax between treatments.
Afternoon tea was pleasant overall, although one piece of dry cake did take away from the otherwise nice selection. After afternoon tea we decided to leave, as the facilities were poor, overcrowded, and not what you’d expect for the price.
The treatments were fantastic, but the spa itself needs a full refurbishment to justify the cost. Anyone booking should be aware that the facilities are currently very run down
