点评：My husband and I spent three wonderful days at Dolce Vita, staying in the charming Fiordaliso Cottage and enjoying a private cooking experience with Erika. To say that it exceeded our expectations would be an understatement!
The cooking itself was fabulous. We learned so much, prepared wonderful meals, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment in the kitchen. But what truly made this experience extraordinary was Erika herself.
Her warmth, enthusiasm, generosity, and genuine joy in sharing her love of cooking made us feel less like guests and more like old friends. There is something very special about being welcomed so wholeheartedly into someone’s world, and Erika has an extraordinary gift for making that happen.
We arrived expecting a wonderful cooking holiday. We left with beautiful memories, new skills, and, most importantly, a new friend.
We are already looking forward to returning. If you are considering Dolce Vita, don’t hesitate. Book the experience, stay in the cottage, and prepare for something truly special!
