点评：I was very disappointed with my experience at this salt therapy business\.
The interior appeared outdated and was not as clean as I expected\. The overall condition of the premises did not create a comfortable or relaxing environment, and I felt that the standard of cleanliness and maintenance was below what a paying customer should reasonably expect\.
Unfortunately, we were so dissatisfied that we left before our allocated time had ended\.
I was also charged twice for the same booking, resulting in a duplicate charge of €140 on 27 September 2026\. I provided evidence of the payment and contacted the business several times\. Despite repeated assurances that someone would call me back, no one followed through\.
Almost three weeks later, I was still waiting for my refund\. Each time I contacted the business, I was told that someone needed to speak to the staff member who had been working on the day of the transaction\. I was also told that the manager was unavailable and would not return until the following Monday\. This was extremely frustrating and demonstrated a serious lack of accountability and customer service\.
I expected the duplicate payment to be investigated and refunded promptly, but instead I had to repeatedly chase the business for a resolution\. The outdated and unclean interior, leaving before the end of our session, and the poor handling of the duplicate charge made this a very disappointing experience\.
I hope management addresses both the condition of the premises and the customer service issues, and processes the €140 refund without further delay\.
