点评：Last Saturday I had the incredible experience of climbing Carrauntoohil with Pat Falvey and his outstanding team. From start to finish, the care, professionalism and expertise shown to every member of the group were exceptional.
Pat guided us safely up the mountain, carefully teaching proper scrambling techniques using the three points of contact and ensuring everyone felt confident and secure. Along the way he shared fascinating local knowledge about the surrounding lakes, peaks and gullys, which made the climb even more memorable.
Reaching the summit was an extraordinary feeling. After a safe descent we enjoyed hot drinks and snacks at Cronin’s Yard.
We visited Pat’s Mountain Lodge, where memorabilia and photographs celebrating his adventures are displayed. Pat was incredibly generous with both his time and his knowledge, sharing the stories behind these remarkable photographs and achievements.
Pat Falvey is truly one of the most inspiring and motivating people I have ever met. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough and I’m already looking forward to my next adventure with Pat and his superb team!
