点评：Took our 8 & 6 year old Granddaughters along to burn off some energy on a grey day. Rating this venue is tricky, as overall I think they had a pretty good time & did burn off a lot of steam, so it definitely ticked that box.
We enjoyed the chips, once we finally managed to get someone's attention at the counter. Another ticked box.
The Staff were mostly young & poorly led. Most seemed like rabbits in headlights. It was very busy, there was a big birthday bash going on & it was Saturday.
There were a lot of feral kids there who were just left to run riot, their parents obviously too engaged in conversation or on their phones.
In the end I told our eldest GD to stand up for herself when she was getting shoved about by a small gang of unruly girls and she did so. Can't really blame the venue for that as it could happen in any playground.
A lot of the kids seem unfamiliar with the idea of sharing, so after trying (& failing) with some gentle persuasion, I gave up on the lost cause.
It was a more tense experience than taking them to an open-air park, but like I say, the girls mostly had fun, so it did what it was supposed to do.
Oh, & check out the massive cobweb above the 0-2 year old play pit...HUGE!
