Do Not Waste Money On A Party Here!!!

点评：So I plan on having a party here for my son birthday and let just say before the day even fgetsuper annoyed at the ridiculous policies they have here. First off no food included with the high price of a party room, then I can not ha e my own cake unless I pay a 15% fee to have what they call outside food. Then I can not have my party guest inside the room unless I pay an extra $15 per guest outside of the 3 spectators they give. So here is where I can not understand even if we are not partaking in the activities I have to pay $$15 just to stand and breathe inside the building. How dare them have people invite people who are bringing their children to a party and say oh no I'll take your kid but you can not come in the room, you have to wait by the concessions area for 3 hours. Isn't the purpose of booking a room is to make sure your guest is comfortable? I guess not to this establishment. This is the 1st and last time I will ever spend my money here and any forensic or family of mine. I had to argue to get the cake MY SON wants for his birthday approved because if not he would have had a carvel cake which he does not like. So not right how companies try and find a way to squeeze extra money out of people. I can even be happy to celebrate my sons birthday because now it will cost me another $200 just for my guest to be able to be in the room to sing happy birthday to my kid. How awful is that? Do not waste your money here for a party go to places that at least provide some type of food and drinks with booking. So mad I can not get a refund. I have never booked a party at a play place and was treated with such nonsense
