点评:I purchased my tickets and a Santa letter beginning of November. On the 10th December I emailed and said I have not received my letter and could they send out a replacement. I was told no and they could not be responsible for missing letters so I would not be refunded, they could not provide proof of postage. The day of my visit was the 22nd December still no Santa letter had arrived. I ended up making my own as I didn’t want my son to be disappointed. When we arrived the elves were really proactive and got involved with the children, they were the best part. The personalised Santa experience was so bad, we could hardly hear him and he appeared drunk. Also the notes I emailed for him to read out he got totally wrong, It was embarrassing. We then moved on to decorating the gingerbread men and the hot chocolates we had were freezing cold. The light trail was ok but nothing special. I will definitely not visit again, please don’t waste your money.
