点评：Booked a tasting experience this past fall at Natalies, and instantly fell in love. Boyd could not have been a better guide!
We got to tour the vineyard right near harvest, which was a treat to taste the grapes fresh from the vine. Boyd even brought out a refractometer so we could see the actual sugar levels in the grapes.
From there we got to see their open air fermentation method in the barrel room, and even got a taster of the juice mid process.
Finally, we were treated to one of the most educational and interactive tastings I've experienced. He had a charcutery board so we could pair different wines with different foods to experience and taste each wine changing with different combinations.
All of this, and the wine was fabulous. I think everyone in our group walked out with multiple bottles so bring your wine bag!
