Ribby Hall Village的点评
点评：Came for a family break fri to mon in a Sapphire Cottage over looking the duck pond.
Not my first time here so when my Cottage had so many things wrong with it i was so disappointed.
Day 1 no electricity ,crisp on bedroom floor and couch was filthy.
Day 2 had to clean all pans ,grill pan and cutlery because they where filthy.Holes in pillow cases.
Day3 no water for about 2 hours which ment the heating went off and it was freezing .
Ive stayed in theses cottages before and I feel for the price everything looked dirty and old looking like the brown leather couch was old and full of marks...and lots of things where full of rust in the bathrooms .When you pay these prices you expect a good standard of accommodation.
Had food in the Hive very good and entertainment was good .
Terrazza restaurant food was also very good.
Quite disappointed this time for us .

第一天停电，卧室地板上有灰尘，沙发也很脏。
第二天，所有的锅碗瓢盆、烤盘和餐具都脏得要命，我不得不自己清洗。枕套上还有破洞。
第三天停水大约两个小时，导致暖气也停了，屋里冷得要命。
我以前也住过这些小屋，我觉得以这个价格来说，所有东西看起来都很脏很旧，比如那张棕色的皮沙发又旧又脏，而且到处都是污渍……浴室里很多东西都生锈了。付了这么多钱，理应享受到高标准的住宿。
在Hive餐厅吃饭很美味，娱乐活动也不错。

这次入住体验让我们非常失望。
