点评：Sometimes, once in a while, you have a pleasant and unexpected experience that will stay with you.
That happened today on grandad day with myself and my two youngest grandchildren Joseph and Sammy.
I booked an alpaca walk on line for this amazing place and turned up promptly for our walk to discover the walks are not on ( time of year and too dangerous for the animals and us ) this was a simple mistake with the booking system still live and grandad looking for something different for the boys so thought let’s book in.
Anyways we arrived to surprised faces and this is where it gets amazing. Suzy made the decision seeing the excitement on Joseph’s face that she wouldn’t do the standard ( and the understandable “ sorry we are closed,” no she gave us some food for the animals and we went around feeding them instead. The boys and I loved it and I’m am so grateful to the team there for this lovely approach to customers. In a world of customers demanding and shouting at teams and teams not being bothered this was a little oasis of customer excellence and generally all around lovely people caring about animals and children.
I am so grateful and want it to be a regular day out for the three grandchildren come the summer!
Thank you so much to all there today, Thursday 15th January for some lovely core memories for my two grandsons.
Good people are still out there if you look hard enough

我非常感激，希望夏天的时候，我的三个孙子孙女能经常来这里玩！
