Great Gin, Great Service, Great Experience at Great Glen Distillery

点评：We recently visited Great Glen Distillery and had a wonderful experience. The distillery itself is charming, and our group was looked after brilliantly from start to finish.
During our visit, I was particularly impressed by how professional and calm the staff were when dealing with a very difficult situation. One member of our group witnessed a visitor being extremely rude and disrespectful towards Coral, one of the team, after she had (very politely) asked them to wait just a couple of minutes for a tasting while she finished with us. Coral handled the situation with admirable patience, kindness, and professionalism — far better than I think most of us could have managed!
Despite that disruption, she carried on with good humour and made our experience enjoyable, informative, and memorable. It’s not easy to stay composed under such pressure, but Coral was a credit to the distillery.
I’d wholeheartedly recommend a visit here. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Thank you again to Coral and the team for making our stop at Great Glen Distillery such a highlight.
