WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

点评：Been here before for drinks and snacks. Always wanted to do the cocktail class.
Our daughter got us a little print out of the class for Christmas to book a date (that worked for us)with another couple.
Emailed back and for with Connie and confirmed for Saturday Jan 12.
We arrived with our friends after driving for 40 minutes to get there.
We walked in were totally ignored.
Staff member was chatting with someone who was not even a customer. We walked around a bit, still nothing. The other woman left and finally we were asked if she could help us.
We said we were there for the cocktail class. She gave us a blank stare. She then told us they had cancelled the class for the day!
She said she had another group of 4,who she thought was us, call and cancel so they wouldn’t be running the class.
She questioned that we had even booked the class, and who we had emailed. I presented the email to her and , guess what, it was her!!!
No apologies, no compensation, she just didn’t care.
She offered to book us for another week, but we didn’t have any times in the near future that worked for us, that’s why we picked that day.
Would never spend one more dime there anyway!
