Splashdown Waterpark Poole的点评
点评：I was extremely disappointed with our visit, especially considering how much it was for a family of 4, What should have been a fun day out turned into an unpleasant experience.
The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. There was dirt and grime everywhere, and the whole place felt unhygienic. The small pool was particularly shocking floating dead insects and other unidentified debris. It felt unusable and honestly made my stomach turn. This is not a safe or appropriate environment for young children, especially those under 7 or even older id say.
Although it was advertised as suitable for children over 1m, the reality was very different. The rings for the slides were far too big, creating a serious safety risk a child could easily slip through. Because of how unsafe it seemed, we couldn’t use the slides.
To make matters worse, several facilities were broken or poorly maintained, adding to the overall sense that the place is neglected. Some areas genuinely felt dangerous.
There also appeared to be a very young and inexperienced team of staff. We had an incident during our visit and, although staff were polite, no one seemed properly trained in first aid or able to offer meaningful help, which was quite concerning.
We ended up leaving 40mins into our visit because we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying any longer.
For the price charged, this experience was unacceptable. It’s no wonder refunds aren’t offered if they were, this place wouldn’t make any money.
Overall, this place felt dirty & unsafe . I would strongly advise others to avoid, especially if you’re planning to bring younger children.
