点评：Nothing but an awful experience!!!! I would not recommend! Received a vouched which included the apron, I was not given the apron until I showed purchased amount which I did, but it wasn’t enough to say the apron was purchased. (I didn’t have other information as I was the one that received the voucher!) They looked on their end to confirm!!! Took a whole class just for me to receive my apron!!! Arrived for a clay mug session the Goodwood site on 11/07/26 - with an 11am start and the place was shut even though the class was meant to start in 5min! Waited 1/2 hour with other people and still nothing! Called both places 6 times, left a message via instagram, phone and no response or any given information as to why the class didn’t happen. Unacceptable business management, store behaviour, lack of ownership, trust, loyalty, expensive, rude attitude etc.
I still need to get a refund on today’s class that didn’t happened and still collect my other items. We shall see how that goes!
I would highly recommend on NOT attending this venue! Don’t even engage in this venue and what they have to offer! We are going out of our way to spend money and they don’t even have the decency to inform us or contact us! I have notified friends, family, Instagram friends, work colleagues, left a review here and on TripAdvisor about the situation.
I still need to get a refund on today’s class that didn’t happened and still collect my other items. We shall see how that goes!

翻译：简直糟糕透了！！！！我绝对不推荐！我收到了一张包含围裙的代金券，但直到我出示购买金额后才拿到围裙。我出示了，但他们却不确认我已购买。（因为是我自己收到的代金券，所以我没有其他信息！）他们明明查过了，却还是没确认！！！我为了拿到围裙，竟然上了一整节课！！！11月7日，我去古德伍德参加陶杯制作课程，课程原定11点开始，结果到了之后发现场地竟然关门了，明明还有5分钟就要开始了！我和其他人一起等了半个小时，还是什么都没发生！我给两个场地都打了6次电话，还在Instagram和电话上留言，但都没有人回复，也没有人告诉我为什么课程取消了。这家店的经营管理、店铺行为、缺乏责任感、缺乏信任和忠诚度、价格昂贵、态度粗鲁等等，简直令人无法接受。
我今天没上课，还得退款，还得去取其他东西。看看情况如何吧！
我强烈建议大家不要去这家店！千万别去，也别碰他们提供的任何东西！我们特意跑一趟花钱，他们连通知或联系一下的礼貌都没有！我已经把这件事告诉了朋友、家人、Instagram上的朋友、同事，还在TripAdvisor和这里都写了评论。
