1623 Brewing Company的点评
点评：We liked the $1 off happy hour and the flight of the excellent 1623 Pilsner and Take Flight (light beer) and a good Hefeweizen and Nuestra Playa (Mexican) at $10. The staff is incredibly efficient, and they have apparently changed things up on the food front by having Liberatores as the food options. We don't quite understand the relationship because on the back where the old 1623 Brewing sign used to be is this ridiculously tiny little sign that says Craft Culture-1623 Brewery. Who owns who? If I'm 1623 I'm putting up a big 1623 sign, because I'm not coming here for Liberatores.
The food was good, liking the hot honey mustard chicken fingers, that were hot and moist inside and not overly fried. My wife liked her fish tacos, and we thought the French fries were good also. The cheese flat bread however was another story, with a weak crust and way too much cheese, something I would never order.
We liked the food trucks from R&D Eats and Hart-E-Que and would love to see them back as another food option. Overall, this is always a great brewery visit.
