Only one staff member at the Ariel Trek is not enough!

点评：There was only one member of staff working there on Sunday at the Ariel Trek at Hangloose Greenhithe. He was running around trying to see to all customers but many customers were left waiting for a very long time to get kitted up. Eventually got kitted up after about an hour wait but then the trek took far too long because the staff member allowed small young customers to go in front on their own. It became clear the young children should not have been allowed to go on their own because one of them was far too scared and just stopped in front, couldn’t go any further, was shouting down and crying out for support, wanting to get off but of course it wasn’t possible as there was no one there to help this child. This caused a massive delay for the people behind who were patiently waiting. It is not the child’s fault at all as the staff there and the child’s parent/carer should have thought very carefully before deciding to allow a young child to go on their own as in this case they clearly needed support.
