A photographic journey into Buenos Aires
Argentina Photo Workshops的点评
点评：For my three and a half weeks stay in Buenos Aires, I was looking for a photographer who would take me to good photo spots, and, almost more importantly, help me handle my camera, improve my technique and give me some echoes on improving my pictures.
Nicholas worked out a program with 8 classes totaling 30 hours. Since Nicholas was partly on vacations during my period in BA, his good friend Gustavo Cherro took over for one part of the classes.
Both of them were superbe. They have different backgrounds as photographers, Gustavo coming from photojournalism, Nicolas with a more artsy approach. Being myself a journalist (writing), Gustavo and I were totally on the same wavelength. And when Nicholas took over, he showed me another approach, when I thought Gustavo had shown me everything.
So besides having learned tremendously from both, it was a wonderful experience also on the human side, which ended in a pleasant dinner at a fine BA restaurant.
Whether I will be back in Argentina one day or not, I am convinced I will meet them again in the future.
