点评：Scout Vineyards is my favorite winery in the Finger Lakes. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and the wine is fantastic. It is very rare that I enjoy every wine I try. With Scout, this is the case and it means they know how to make wine. If you visit enough wineries you can tell when the wine is made by people that really understand the process and the science behind a good product. The fact that all their wine is great is not an accident. The venue is small, but I suspect that will quickly change as their excellent product brings in more visitors.

During our tasting we were offered most any wine that we wanted and discussions with the owners had Dan (aka Kevin) fetching us unfinished samples straight from the barrel. I'm so excited to try those mature versions, that I had to join their wine club. Visit this winery. You will not be sorry!
