Highly Recommend Captain Travis and Blount Adventure Cruises

点评：Earlier this summer we had the most fabulous trip with Blount Adventure Cruises. We booked a full-day Halibut and Rockfish trip—just the four of us and another couple onboard. This was our first deep-sea fishing adventure, and while I wasn’t sure what to expect, Captain Travis answered all my questions ahead of time and delivered an unforgettable experience.
We all hit our limits on both Halibut and Rockfish, and I earned bragging rights for the biggest catch of the day at 100 lbs! Captain Travis and his deckhand, Luke, were exceptional: skilled, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Captain Travis knew exactly where to go, when to move, and guided us through every step with patience and expertise.
The boat itself was well equipped, well maintained, and comfortable, with plenty of space inside and out—ideal both for fishing and for warming up when needed. It’s clear that running a business like this takes talent and attention to countless details, and Captain Travis did all of that.
Don’t hesitate—if Blount Adventure Cruises is available, book it. We’re so grateful for the memories and are still enjoying the 92 lbs of fish we shipped home. (A special thanks to Orange Bike Delivery, too, for picking up our fish from the processor and couriering it to Anchorage for storage at another processor until our departure.)
