Gallery Mall Outlet的点评
点评：We visited Gallery Mall Outlet after it was recommended by our hotel guide. We expected a normal shopping experience, but what happened was completely unacceptable.
As soon as we entered the store, we were given numbered badges and immediately assigned a salesperson who followed us everywhere. We couldn’t even browse or have a private conversation without being constantly approached.
After a while, we wanted to leave the store to walk around, visit other shops, have a coffee, and possibly come back later. To our surprise, a staff member told us that we were not allowed to leave and insisted that we stay inside. When we said we simply wanted to go outside for a cigarette, we were told to smoke inside the store, which was both shocking and absurd.
Another employee then came over and told us that if we left, we would have to find our own way back to the hotel because the transfer would not take us. Only later did we realize that the transfer was apparently organized through the store itself but nobody tells you this beforehand. Instead of explaining this in advance, they try to pressure customers into staying.
On top of that, the prices were significantly higher than in many other stores we visited during our trip. We also did not feel confident that the branded products offered were authentic, especially considering the prices and the overall experience.
In the 21st century, telling customers that they are not allowed to leave a store is unbelievable. Customers should be free to walk around, visit other shops, have a coffee, and decide for themselves where they want to spend their time and money. No one should ever feel trapped or intimidated while shopping.
This was not shopping- it felt like psychological pressure. We will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone
