点评：Me and my boyfriend attended the Gin School experience and it exceeded all expectations!
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a hands-on craft spirits adventure.
Gareth and Emma are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and they guided us through the distillation process in an easy-to-understand way, and introduced us to a beautiful selection of botanicals to experiment with. It was amazing to learn how each ingredient influences the final flavour of the gin.
The highlight was definitely creating our own bespoke bottle. Being able to design a unique recipe, distill it and take home a personalised bottle was such a special touch.
This experience is perfect for couples, friends, or even solo visitors looking to try something different.
Highly recommend — I would absolutely do it again because you can never have enough gin!
