Not what I was expecting

点评：We were surprised when we had to queue outside, although only for 5 mins. From the read online I expected it more like trinity kitchen, grab a table and see what’s on offer from each kitchen.
We were shown to a table and had to scan a QR code to order, you can go to the bar to order but who wants to stand at the bar rushing into choosing what to eat.
I hate not having a menu, and I’m not old! I don’t want to have to read on a small screen, causing more damage to my eyes, flicking back and forth between screens forgetting what I had just read and how much it was.
When placing the order it asks if you want to tip! How can we tip before any service! Nice guy showed us to the table but that’s not worth a tip.
We would have liked to have a drink and then choose our food at a leisurely pace, instead we placed the order for food and drink, food came first frustratingly after possibly only 10 mins since placing the order, drinks a couple of minutes later.
Food was ok. Nothing special, chips had so much salt on I think my kidneys were screaming at me!
A suggestion would be when showing guests to their table to offer a bottle of tap water at the same time, helps with the salty food and gives customers something to drink whilst ordering the food.
Unlikely to return.

建议在引导客人入座的同时，也提供一瓶自来水，这样可以缓解食物的咸味，也能让客人在点餐时有水喝。
