A "once in a lifetime" experience at Merzouga desert

点评：Our experience was great from the start to the end and we couldn't be more happy to have trusted our first trip to Sahara to this company. First of all, I would like to highlight (and to thank) Youssef, our driver who so gently -and safely- drove us from Marrackeck to Sahara and back to Marrackeck during the 4 days we visited. He speaks perfect English, so communication was always smooth. Youssef toured us among the bereber villages on the way, introduced their culture to us which we loved, showed us Aït Ben Haddou -the "Gladiator village"- where one of the most famous scenes in the movie was shot-, and dropped us in Dar Hassan riad, from where we left to the desert to spend a magical night.
First, there was the camel ride across the dunes during sunset time. We took beautiful pictures and did sand boarding. Our group was small, just the 2 of us and another couple, 4 people in total. After it, we arrived in the camp. The haima was top level facility, equipped with glamour and fine taste, there was hot water in the shower and soft bedsheet and towels. We suppered, listened to typical bereber live music around a fireplace and could see a sky full of stars. We slept like a baby, so calm and silent.
The overall tour was good value for money, totally worth it, and I'd say it is a experience for everyone, I travelled with my husband, but for families and small groups is also a fantastic plan.
