点评：I cannot comment on the quality of the diving itself, because I never got the chance to dive with this centre. My experience ended before booking due to unclear information, contradictions between the website and reality, and finally a dismissive message telling me to go somewhere else.
Website vs. reality
The company’s website promises hotel pick up, a comfortable dive centre at Casa Limón with toilets and indoor facilities for the surface interval, and a well organised two dive day. However, when I asked about these details on WhatsApp, I was told that none of this is available anymore — no pick up, no Casa Limón, no indoor facilities, and that the entire day is spent on a beach instead.
Vague and unhelpful communication
My questions were normal and reasonable: – Where exactly do we meet? – Is the whole day spent on the rocky beach? – Are there toilets or indoor facilities? – Why does the website say something different?
Instead of answering clearly, the replies were short, vague, and avoided the questions.
Rude and dismissive tone
The conversation ended with a message telling me to go somewhere else. This was unexpected and unprofessional, especially since I was simply trying to clarify basic logistics before booking.
Conclusion
Because of the mismatch between the website and the real information, the vague answers, and the dismissive end to the conversation, I cannot recommend this dive centre. I never got the opportunity to experience their diving, so all I can evaluate is the customer service — and based on this interaction, it was disappointing.
Recommendation for a better dive centre
Instead, I can recommend a much better dive centre that doesn’t promise things that aren’t true, is friendly, and offers hotel pick up without extra charge. I ended up booking dives to El Cabrón with Puerto Rico Diving, and I was really happy with them.
