点评：My second time visiting Pepe Mendoza this year for wine tasting, the first time was amazing and the staff were very nice and friendly, now the second time I booked through the official website but I accidentally booked the Spanish wine tasting session.
When we got the meeting point we sat down and was told that they will translate a little into English for us, we sat down with 6 other Spanish people also on the tour, we felt so out of place as the lady doing the tour didn’t include us at all at the start, she was speaking to them in Spanish for such a long time and laughing with them whilst my family sat there in silence then the tour guide would talk to us for maybe 30 seconds then moving on to the next part.
I understand how this was our fault for booking the wrong tour but the staff should still make the customers feel included.
Nearer the end of the tour the tour guide did start to include us a little more but definitely felt very uncomfortable and awkward to start off.
But besides the negatives, the tour is amazing, as I said we have done the tour many times and love Pepe Mendoza wine and background, the vineyards are beautiful and would definitely recommend the tour to anyone (just book it correct in your own language)
