Do not trust with your money! Extra fees on tour, you pay for 3 days but they drive out of the park after 1,5 days and use 6 hours driving to the airport in a minivan (not safari car).
They tell you all is included, there is no water in the car or anything like that. They ask you to pay for accommodation when you are in the middle of the national park. After you pay, you find out you have a room with no lock, and there is insects crawling everywhere and dead insects, see pics.
We paid so much for a full Serrengeti tour for almost 3 days and we only got 1-1,5 day halfway through Serengeti and when we find this out, they made a big fuss but after a while of convincing, they saw that that we hadn’tgotten what we paid for and we would get a refund. He said he didn’t have money and he would send it in February. March came and no money came. April came and no money came. Now were almost in May. Should not have trusted him.
Of course I have been texting with him, but every time he makes excuses and also he plays games. Every day the bank is closed or he sends you a receipt with the wrong name etc, just to buy time. And then he stops responding for days.
